But tomorrow morning, I&#8217;m heading out to set a new record that will be very hard to break&#8230; I&#8217;m photographing a wedding in Lilongwe, Malawi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/4\/4e\/LocationMalawi.svg\/250px-LocationMalawi.svg.png\" title=\"Malawi Map\" alt=\"Malawi Map\" align=\"middle\" height=\"125\" width=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I first met Kondwani, the groom, in Mozambique in 2001, where we were building a hospital.  We stayed in touch, and in 2005, we ended up being neighbors in a rainy little flat behind the church we were working at in South Africa.  Now he&#8217;s back in his home country of Malawi, and he&#8217;s getting married, and I&#8217;m shooting his wedding!<\/p>\n<p>By the way, if you are interested in hiring me to take specific photographs of Malawi, I&#8217;ll be there until December 17th.
